Developers Shore is expanding into Germany, the Netherlands and Finland and is looking for a native German, Dutch or Finnish speaker to join our team as an Account Manager.
The Role
As an Account Manager at Developers Shore, you will play a central role in expanding our presence in Germany, the Netherlands or Finland. You will combine new business development with long-term account growth, building a strong and sustainable client portfolio in your market.
From our Stockholm office, you will work with technology-driven companies where software development is business-critical. Through a consultative approach, you will identify new opportunities, understand clients’ technical roadmaps, and position our nearshore development teams as a reliable and long-term partner.
This role offers the opportunity to actively contribute to our international expansion while developing meaningful client relationships over time. You will collaborate closely with our delivery and marketing teams to ensure high-quality execution and continued growth.
Your Responsibilities
Identify and approach new potential clients within Germany, the Netherlands or Finland
Build and manage a structured sales pipeline
Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to agreement
Develop and grow existing accounts through long-term collaboration
Build strong relationships with CTOs, tech leaders and decision-makers
Understand clients’ technical roadmaps and development needs
Collaborate closely with delivery and marketing teams to ensure high-quality execution
Contribute to sustainable revenue growth in your market
About You
We believe you bring:
Experience in B2B service sales, ideally within IT consulting, tech services, staffing or recruitment
A proactive mindset combined with a relationship-oriented approach
Confidence in managing both new business and ongoing account development
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with technical stakeholders
A structured and goal-focused way of working
Curiosity and genuine interest in understanding customer challenges
A collaborative, professional attitude
You are motivated by building something long-term, both in terms of customer relationships and market presence.
Language Requirements
Native-level German, Dutch or Finnish
Fluent English
Swedish is a plus, but not required
